Waco is the largest market we cover and has the most RV parks packed into a short radius.
We service the parks here on site — I-35 RV Park, Blue Sky I-35 RV Park, E Double H RV Park at Waco Lake, Brazos River RV Park, Riverview Campground and Camp Fimfo Waco among them. I-35 RV Park runs more than 200 level pull-through sites with full hookups. E Double H sits on about ten acres roughly a tenth of a mile from Lake Waco with 41 sites. Brazos River RV Park has more than 40 spaces about ten miles north, and Camp Fimfo is around six miles from downtown.
That density means two distinct kinds of work. Full-hookup interstate parks see heavy sustained air-conditioning load through the summer, which is where climate-control and electrical faults show up. River and lake sites bring humidity, and that is where sealant, soft flooring and slide-seal problems start.
McLennan County is the far end of our 75-mile radius and we still come to the site. No dealership queue, no towing your rig across town to sit in a lot for three weeks waiting on a bay.
Waco's RV traffic is event-shaped. Magnolia Market at the Silos, Cameron Park and the Waco Mammoth National Monument draw visitors year round, and Baylor home-game weekends fill everything — Brazos Parking sells RV spaces for the football season specifically. Lake Waco adds a second pattern: it is a US Army Corps of Engineers reservoir, so the campgrounds around it run to federal rules and fill on the same summer weekends. The practical effect is that a lot of rigs arrive hot off I-35, sit for two or three days running every system at once, then leave. Faults surface on arrival and have to be cleared before checkout, not after.
